Volunteers make Scott Manor House a special place for everyone to visit.
The Fort Sackville Foundation relies on volunteers to accomplish its mission.
Volunteers:
- contribute their many other skills to the Foundation.
- develop and care for the Fort Sackville Foundation collections of
- images
- artifacts
- maps and documents
- fonds, and
- other resources
- serve in the tea room
- plan and help with exhibits, displays, programs and events
- manage and maintain the house and grounds
- fundraise
Join one of our regularly meeting groups:
– the Reading, Research, and Resources group, which focuses on researching and recording the history of Bedford, or
– the Archives group, which focuses on managing and preserving the artifacts and documents in our collections.
